Ribadiso Albergue : Day 22
Ribadiso Albergue : Day 22
Meaningful Moment
Had a nice talk with Deb this morning about some issues that have been perplexing me in my life.
I find her to be a fountain of common sense.

Random Thought of the Day
Typical start to a morning. Lots of cleanup because we had lots of people last night. But got it all done and then took a walk into town for some shopping and churros and coffee. It's now shortly before 1:00 p.m. And just waiting for the gates to open and today's peregrinos will get a place to sleep.
Notable memories
Today, post eclipse, is much quieter at the albergue than yesterday was, although we still managed to slightly overfill the first dormitory building. It is 6:15 p.m. and all is quiet right now.
Deb and I took time to go to the restaurant next door to get a vegetable salad made with tuna and the local cheese for a local flavor and then some french fries or something with salt.
The funny thing is that the salad was super salty.
